Starting in the 2017-18 school year, Florida parents will be able to send their children to any school in the state due to the new education Bill (HB 7029). In order for parents and students to take advantage of open enrollment, the school must have room, parents must provide transportations, and transfer students cannot be under suspension orders or expulsion.
